When your purchase is completed you will be automatically redirected to the ‘Thank You’ page. Follow the New Patient instructions to complete the required patient intake forms.
SCHEDULE YOUR MEDICAL CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT
After your forms are submitted, you will schedule your telehealth appointment with the Vitaject medical provider. The telehealth appointment is required for all New Patients.
This step is only required once as a New Patient.

Before your telehealth appointment, be sure to watch the How to Inject video that will walk you through each step so you can self-administer vitamins via injections with confidence. It’s not as challenging as you may think! If you have questions, you can address them during the telehealth appointment.
GET APPROVED BY OUR MEDICAL PROVIDER
After your telehealth appointment, our medical provider sends your vitamin injection prescription to our fully FDA compliant compounding pharmacy for processing.
GET IT DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO YOUR DOOR
The pharmacy ships your order directly to your door. Please look for the order tracking info from UPS or FedEx and allow approximately 5 business days for pharmacy processing!
