Your order will be placed with the pharmacy upon approval after your Telehealth Consultation Appointment. This order serves as a reservation for the medication until the prescription is provided.

The current pharmacy processing time varies between pharmacies and can change based on their order volume. If there is a delay past the norm of  10 business days, you will receive notification text from us.

Your shipment tracking information email will come from UPS or FEDEX.

After scheduling your appointment, please review the appointment confirmation email and follow the additional instructions to watch the ‘How To Inject‘ videos.

  1. Be sure to completely fill out the forms! Like, we really do need your first & last name. 
  2. Omitting info or required fields will cause delays. 
  3. You must upload a photo of your ID or drivers license within the Intake process. Take a photo now before you start.
  4. After you submit your intake and consent forms, click the Scheduling button to head over to our online scheduler.
  5. Not ready to schedule? Don’t lose your way! Be sure to save the link or bookmark the page.
  6. Appointment scheduled? Review your appointment confirmation email.
  7. Watch the ‘How to Inject’ videos that are required before your appointment!
